This weekend i set up an old PC for Jacq, my girlfriend, so she finally try checking out all this “internet stuff” for herself without the fear of accidentally breaking stuff and deleting files. I wonder how fast she will pick it up, although i think it will be a bit difficult for her. I definately have to change some settings, because the defaults are terrible for someone with bad sight and bad coordination. I’m looking forward to receive her first email at work in the near future.
Last friday she actually came with the idea to go to one of Kraftwerk’s concerts in Denmark february next year. Although i hope they’ll come to The Netherlands, a trip to Denmark might be cool (in more than one sense) too! As far as i know, tickets are not on sale yet.
